So what now taking them out to dinner at on tax payers money? 1) Masa at 10 Columbus Circle NYC. This is a 3 star restaurant with a cost of $750 per person. 2) Jean-Georges 3) Eleven Madison Park, I doubt any will make it to Rikers.
