Catturd, Dude, they don't need any evidence, It's New York DA's. He is guilty, this is just a formality for the mere appearance of "justice."

I don't understand this at all.

He's a witness. It's his first hand account of what he witnessed. That is evidence.

Pecker has known Trump for years and he testified about a conversation he, Donald Trump and Cohen had.

What exactly would prevent him from taking the stand?
