The Toronto police need to remove the "To Serve And Protect" from the sides of their cars. What they should have is "To String Up The Yellow Tape", or "When Seconds Count, We Are Minutes Away". When your Police Chief goes on TV and tells the citizens of the city to leave their car keys close to the front door to make it easier for car thieves to get them you know your police are useless.
