This is why I highlighted justifying the collateral damage. The boy was not targeted, but he was killed as collateral damage. So that murder must be justified, and this should be a very high bar to clear. Yet instead, we don't even talk about it/question it. Which guarantees we will get more of it.

There is no excuse for this, en toto.
We could argue for days about the decision regarding the primary target. I might even end up agreeing that that fucker needed to be droned.
But in doing so he droned an innocent boy. Justifying that collateral damage is a much higher (VERY high) bar.
