Non-Citizens are Citizens of another Country so, If I feel Chinese today, should I be allowed to vote in China? They are ALLOWING citizens of other countries to vote just because, the people say, they feel like they are citizens of USA?
Well the USA is a corporation and it can chose it's citizens. And they can buy there government .
