I say, call Biden's bluff. set up a debate and if he's a "no show", use a giant TV screen to show his gaffs and idiotic mumblings as his answers to the moderators. It would be a classic Trump move, hysterically funny and pull in great ratings, not to mention the flipped votes Trump would get.

And don't forget to include the written instructions/crib notes and "assistance" so often needed to navigate entrances and exits.

(IMHO, though, it's possible Buydumb could be faking dementia to try to avoid future prosecution.)
