Unknown if real picture, but she is surely gone by now given what she had done in comparison to NoName. If they got him they got her, possibly earlier than 2018. Optics of executing rival from 2016 election (after lawful trial) very very bad to sleepy sheeple Americans (thus, the secrecy). DoD Law of War not obviously governing jurisdictional document prior to March 2020, so authority used for NoName and HRC still not clear.

HRC absence in all aspects of Dem machine operation is quite obvious. It made zero logical sense for her to NOT be 2020 or 2024 Dem candidate. Biden was clearly a “backup” of some sort.
