Man Who Filmed Ashli Babbitt Killing Sentenced to 6 Years in Prison
John Earle Sullivan had been convicted in late 2023 of seven Jan. 6 charges. He filmed the shooting of Ms. Babbitt outside the Speaker’s Lobby at the Capitol.

He was, and he was left to roam free for this long.

And it is still bullshit to be put in prison for it; what he should be imprisoned for is being a part of the group that went in there ahead of time, where he was already caught having been. But of course that would shatter their narratives.

i doubt he is actually going to prison, he'll just be moved somewhere with a different name and we'll see him in a picture of a riot this summer and be like " hey wtf " because these crisis actors do be like that.
