What flag is white and blue? What color are the opposites? If mirroring is reversing Then what does the reversed flag look like?

Off the top of my head I'd say Israel, Greece, Scotland, Finland and Quebec all have white and blue flags. I'm sure there are more. The opposite of white and blue is black and orange.
