Does Anyone know whether or not the troops that were deployed to cities along the path of the eclipse are still deployed?

There have been no pics or vids posted by curious people of Troop Movements so I would say they are stationary. Took a day trip yesterday with betterhalf and bases were active on a Monday so I would say that NG is still deployed.
