After watching the interview and then going through the presentation this definitely seems to be a bit of fear porn. Maybe it was a plan cased as hypothetical situations but there is no indication of planning as much as exploring all possibilities of future warfare.
Thank you. I read thru the article and not just listening. I found pages 72, 82 and 92 what is happening today. I saw others but those pretty much summarize what we are witnessing.
Who is doing that? I cannot be sure.
I think the word "fear" here encapsulates a lot of what was primarily driving this woman's thinking.
