The former board president of the Arlington Aquatic Club was sentenced Tuesday to 20 years in prison for conspiring to sexually exploit numerous children.

There's no way that this guy went unnoticed for so many years. Some group purposefully allowed him to ascend to President of this Aquatic Club.
