Actually if you believe the devolution theory this may be somewhat true. J6=Red Folder. CoG enacted? Mil takes over. Parades "Biden" around on tv for 3.5 years making a fool of him and the left at every opportunity. Obama desperately fluttering around behind the scenes attempting damage control.
