Oh mine, real torture. Are you sure they will need to vaccinate in order to neuter? You can always find a base vet. I am sorry. I am in the Midwest and they have the same mandate. I found a base vet. Just ask around.

I am trying, but the only one around here that will is only on answering machine, booked solid for may, if you leave your number they will call if there is a cancelation, but only for males. I am in central foothills of California, Almost any Doctor around here is a lib even one that is supposed to be holistic.
