This is an insult to every Scout who rose through the ranks, no matter what rank they achieved. I'm just happy that my other's son achieved Eagle (and went into the service as an E3 because of it) before this travesty.

Tell any kids about Sea Cadets, I ditched BOY Scouts when I was 14 for them. Tugging in destroyers, mini BUDS in Nebraska, qualifying expert on an M-16, touring nuclear submarines and C-130 gunships... it was way better, a lot of my friends did enlist at e3 or e4. 25 years ago boyscouts was cool but not as badass as Sea Cadets.
