Seems a lot of states are divided between urban liberal and rural conservative, so logically it sounds like if cities could be broken up, maybe that would help the political problem?
Will people empty cities for remote work?
Can cities disperse into smaller cities that don't become liberal?
Can some of the negatives of cities (pollution, noise, crime, etc.) be emphasized to discourage people from being in cities?
Any thoughts on making the country more rural as a way of making it more conservative?
Why not just leave them in the cities so they keep to themselves and keep away from us?
politically they split states, and the country
Decentralize the electrical grids.
Cities require supplies. Cut supply lines.
In Theory Yes it’s quite easy. In Reality there’s not really much you could do to Legally dismantle cities. Without tackling both why they formed in the first place. And the legalities associated with what amounts to forced relocation of, depending on the city, quite literally millions of people.
Regardless of how much Patriotic and Libertarian rhetoric you dress it up in. Not to mention the utter lack of places for them to go. And the lack of the infrastructure and public transport some of them relied on in the cities.
Cities have organized vote fraud!!
From my experience and understanding the good people living in the cities see the writing on the wall, especially for those cities they are turning into "smart" cities and these good people are abandoning their corporate high paying jobs and buying land out in rural American and prepping as much as they can before the shit hits the fan. I hope all the good ones get out while they can because it ain't gonna be pretty.
They picked Austin as one of the cities they are going to turn into a "smart" city. I wanna see how they plan on taking all of the meat out of Austin. I plan on sitting back and watching because I don't think it will work....not in Texas.
