Clayton released the video just a couple of days after that BRICS account's post. He took just a bit of time to make that video compiling all his thoughts basing them on that post starting with his video title of "BRICS just announced the U.S. Dollar is about to COLLAPSE". He didn't provide any other sources for his claim AND there are not other posts from BRICS about dollar collapse since then. I think its a safe bet to conclude his video was direct result of that post.
