The destruction of the old guard, the Cabal, seems insurmountable based on the crime, corruption involved. I don’t know how you ever clear out the gangs, the corruption without mass extermination of all in these families and their connections. It appears impossible d/t the infiltration in all levels of government, health care, food production, pharmaceuticals, banking, trafficking, entertainment, etc.
