U.S. House Republicans passed a bill Wednesday to add a citizenship question to the census and exclude noncitizens from the official headcount.

There needs to be an immediate penalty for lying, too. Like convicted and shipped to south Africa on the next flight with the threat of execution if they're caught in the U.S. again.
