The DOJ is not a branch of government.

And it's not within the Judicial Branch of Governmentm.

It's within the Executive Branch

I think military lawyers would disagree with you about tribunals of folks not in the military.

You mean the DOJ prosecutes people when the Executive Branch okays it? I was thinking the DOJ worked with the Judicial branch of the government. The Military held tribunals in Germany after the war and tried many citizens. If we wait for a DOJ to prosecute the people they use for propaganda, we gonna wait a long time!
