Favorito and VoterGA presented information in a press conference in November of 2021. In this presentation, VoterGA reported that ballot images that are required by law to be maintained by the state after every election

I think the law that requires ballot images to be treated as public records and maintained is this one. See section 51.

This was signed into law in March 2021 and did not apply to the 2020 election.
