I'm old enough to remember this unfold in real time. The way everything went down and was scrubbed leads me to believe it was real. Especially because the CPP "shooting" with Edgar Maddison Welch occurred shortly thereafter as a way to destroy/remove the server from the closet, which somehow a 9mm fired from an AR magically penetrated a solid core door and just happened to destroy the hard drive on the computer.
There were a lot of great questions asked in that thread, like why that would be the best way to destroy a hard drive. It was also pointed out that it was only reported that a computer tower was hit, never specifically the hard drive.
Screenshots just don’t move the needle anymore. Need proof. With AI, anything can be fake these days.

I didn't see anything about his bullet hitting a hard drive, where can I find info on that?
I'm gonna have to dig hard. Serachvoat.co appears not to have much on it anymore.
This article mentions the discharge of the weapon: https://www.washingtonian.com/2020/12/04/the-comet-ping-pong-shooting-was-four-years-ago-today-we-had-no-clue-what-was-about-to-happen/
Mention of it: https://www.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/8tkavu/never_forget_comet_ping_pongs_harddrive_was/
Search "Welch" on page: https://exploringrealhistory.blogspot.com/2022/07/part-17-of-17-eaters-of-children.html
You can continue digging. Use Yandex for best results. I'm headed out on the boat.
Have fun out there, and thanks for the resources.
