Agreed, I stopped trying to figure out who Q was long ago. I certainly don't think it's Melania although I believe she has been used to send comms with some of her dresses and the white house Christmas tree stuff, that was long ago.
I believe she's a woman that loves and supports this country just like President Trump does, and she does what she can, but I believe her concern is more with the children being trafficked, which people often lose focus of by debating theories like this.
