Yes, they can always just electronically choose the result they want.

I am starting to believe "To Big To Rig" means, as you say, to big for anyone not to notice. Right now, there is still probably 30-60% of the country believing Biden got 81 million votes.

He needs to make it so obvious he has won, that anyone stating Biden won will have publicly humiliated themselves in the eyes of the whole country.
