Ive investigated many of those cases. It isn't hard to prove. The bigger problem was the monumental efforts of denominated churches and some government bodies to cover it up. They've infiltrated everything. Coached children are easy to spot during whatnare called the CARES interview. When it's real there is always physical evidence. Most of my cases included DNA evidence. The others usually included an admission from the offender. They have become easier to spot also with the publishing of the symbolism that used to be considered not releasable. There is almost always the symbolism with it too.
ok. On another thought, I think all women should be taught to carry, slash/shoot if they are subject to a violent assault. Most offenders walk because its always a he said she said. She almost always loses. They should be conditioned to strike as soon as possible on location following a violation and following standard protocols studied to secure a judicial pass and then he will be forced to explain why he is the victim if he can still carry on. It's time to end all this nonsense
Isn't all of the digital evidence now brought forward and used as evidence to prosecute? For example, cellphone calls, text messages, emails, social media posts, etc? Not to mention GPS location data! So have we moved beyond "he said, she said"?
They better be right when they convict and not have some lying child being coached by an evil mother.
