Its tough being stupid and only understanding ones own dialect. English is spoken worldwide and in varying degrees of nonconformity, but is still understood by most speakers.....There is no excuse in NOT understanding these little girls.
Bullshit! I grew up in England and couldn't understand most people outside of my region.
I visited England, Scotland, and Wales and was challenged but adapted and after a week, I could emulate most of their dialects and speak to locals with the local sounds intact. At no point did I throw my hands up and voice frustration- I enjoyed the challenge and learning various dialects of English.
