The shows entire plot overall is about going after the "top 1% of the 1%, the guys who play god without permission"
Here are two clips that I immediately relate to the GME saga

The problem I have with gamestop is they have no long term growth potential. All future innovations failed: the wallet, the crypto, etc.
Short thesis is one thing but standard business indicators? Not so good.
We are in a downward spiral when it comes to consoles. Microsoft had Sony have both been closing down studios. Microsoft will probably not release another console. Some games are only releasing digitally.
If you believe in short thesis then you don't need that many shares if they explode exponentially.
If you go back in history, bad management was trying to crash the company, which is how we go here to begin with.
If you look at what’s going on, it doesn’t matter if the company has long term growth potential or not. It’s completely irrelevant.
None of what you said is relevant except to the people who make up nonsense stories on tv to explain why market manipulation moved the stock price how it moved. They don’t actually know, they’re just making it up to drive buy and sell demand in the direction they’re told.
GameStop is about the last place to buy physical games. Physical ownership is great, that’s why The Evil Empire, Microsoft wants to get rid of it. The move away from physical on all things retail isn’t organic, it’s engineered. Everything about this is engineered. Their engineering can go to hell.
This whole thing is about a counterattack against the ways we are actively, strategically, intentionally being attacked. Plain and simple.
We win, they lose, when does the game stop?
Buy buy baby, is what Ryan Cohen wanted to buy/ merge with two years ago,for that very reason.
Yes and there were rumors of "coms" back then too which got many people into trouble. I only lost half a salary on BBBY but I know others who lost their entire life savings on that play.
My point is you dont have to go all in on GME like I did if you believe in the short thesis. I am actually quite weary of GME even though I still hold a small amount.
Half my savings got wiped out.
It's not over.
I haven't lost anything on bbby. And I don't remember any Q related comms on it, their was and is rock sold DD. The only thing close was a connection to Ryan Cohen and that's because he had bought shares and made official offered to the board and he was named in some bancroupsy documents. That wasn't really tinfoil.
Our shares were removed my the court to preserve them as many low rent brokers were canceling them or forcing their sale.
