The laws have done nothing to stop any of it and even to a worse degree allowed the proliferation of a corrupt prison industry, judicial and law enforcement incursion into freedom etc. But those drugs are not helpful to the average healthy man and never will be. If you need a drug for a period of time and it doesn't cure you then it's not a true drug for health.
