Depends what ones definition is of the word about. Leaving it neutral until one reads the article. Then make conclusions as it should be.

I saw a article in the past. When the Titanic struck a iceberg they sold fewer newspapers compared to news coming out with how many lives were lost. Then everybody was buying a paper that day.
