What do the terms cellar boxing, BCG, and SHF mean?

Celler boxing is shorting the stock and pushing the company to bankruptcy. Then they never have to pay taxes,cause they never close the position with a buy.

BCG is Boston consulting group. Companies being shorted hire them to make really bad management decisions for them.

SHF Is short hedge fund.
