It is my understanding that an indictment can include between 1 and 99 individuals. Furthermore, an individual can be in more than 1 indictment. So we really do not know the number of people indicted.

Yes, I've read before that multiple people can be on the same indictment. I have not heard that there is a limit of 99 though.

Any lawyers around that would know where to look this up?
