Non violent felons who paid their dues should absolutely get them back. Violent felons should be kept in prison. Murderers and rapist executed. If you can't be trusted with a gun you shouldn't be a free man. If murderes knew theyed never be free or they'd be dead their would be fewer of them either by choice or attrition.
