If they convict him in NY and attempt to separate him from his Secret Service and jail him, then it's 100% go time. Without his protection they would murder him so quickly in a NY jail, I doubt he would last the night. The result of a conviction would be the SS attempting to literally fight their way out of the courtroom. It would be chaos and definitely a tipping point.
