I was already eligible to retire from the Army. As I hit my 20 years of service, the scamdemic was upon us. I was told I "had to" get my vax. I told my bosses, "sorry, for religious reasons, I cannot do that." They tried to pressure me into getting it, so I just said, "OK, I guess I'll drop my retirement paperwork", which I did. I was planning on staying in for two more years, but this pushed me over the top. No way in heck was I getting the clot shot.
Good for you. I was told to get it also because I work in health system. I told them about religious reason and they said "fine." The questions they asked were designed to trick you and I basically told them when I took the flu shot in college, I was so sick for almost 2 months I couldn't go to school and almost flunk.
They probably got smart and smart and didn't want an employee not coming in for 2 months.
Just like fired servicemen from the military were asked to return and 99 did not. LOL
