The WHO and every other country on Earth can have their circle jerk 'meeting' and decide whatever they want. NONE of it is Legal and binding OVER the US. Constitution and Bill of Rights AND, ANY and ALL US. Reps. that agree and sign this One World Gov. 'takeover' of the USA are guilty of Treason and WILL Be dealt with as Enemies of THE People.
