My antivirus has a 'whitelist' and 'blacklist' option. I can only assume a large company like at&t has access to at least as good a software as I can get.
What hasn't made sense to me for the longest time, is why companies that are being 'throttled' like this, just don't sue at&t, and get a court order making at&t permanently add their company to the 'whitelist' ?
