not sure thats really true. Among the elite, there is a small contingency of people that do this work and they either work for 1 agency or are subs of a few agencies. To have assignments range across numerous protected assets isn't uncommon. I had a friend that did supplements to the german equiv of sercret service and was assigned randomly to many diff high level politicians and moguls.

Not at all. Anyone worth money. Illuminate is a specific organization. Not every rich upper crust belongs to those organizations and not all those organizations are on the same side. Look at jon birch, vs club of rome. Both are elites but not on the same side and may share some services.
