I think it is opimportant to note that JUDGE MERCHAN WAS BORN IN BOGOTA, COLUMBIA - A COMMUNIST COUNTRY.

WHY IS A FOREIGN-BORN PERSON GIVEN SO MUCH POWER OVER AMERICAN CITIZENS??
