Rest assured, anons, whatever happens with the Bragg/Merchan case, it will help Trump win in November. Even a conviction would be overturned because there is reversible error all over the place. Take it from a lawyer of 35 years, no conviction would stand in this case.

I will also add that Trump's lawyers have always, on every matter, underwhelmed me. In this case, they should've fought harder for their witness on election law and made more of a record of the judge's bullying of him in front of the jury. And they should've brought a couple witnesses from the media to testify that they are asked/paid to drop stories all the time by people who are not running for public office.
Realistically, what could they do or attempt to do in order to remove Trump from running for president, if anything, assuming he's convicted?
