AFAIK, "Mrs. Robinson" refers to the seductive mother character in the film The Graduate, with a very young Dustin Hoffman.
Anne Bancroft plays Mrs. R., who IIRC is the mother of a girl played by Katharine Ross, the girl Hoffman's character actually loves, but who is set to marry another guy. So Hoffman's character has a coming-of-age affair with Mrs. R.
In the end, though, Hoffman's character rescues Ross's from the altar, and they ride off into the sunset together.
Not sure if there are any helpful clues here, but thought I'd mention it.
