Thanks to another anon who posted this link a few days back (https://thedocuments.info/) I have been delving into the documents by Derek Johnson concerning Devolution, continuity of government, Trump being the CIC, etc.

It's engrossing reading, if rather in-depth. I'm wondering what the general consensus is here on GAW regarding Johnson. All views will be appreciated and considered.

Devolution is mil in control, not trump cic. As cic he steps aside for devilution. Right?
