Thinking: WHY did my doctor not give me the results of my blood work back in December? I could have done something about it then, but NO, she didn't tell me and now I've got to go back Tuesday for a BP check, then go back again on the 11th of next month for more blood work as in December I was pre-diabetic. How stupid can these doctors get? So now I'm cutting out everything. Last night I had baked chicken, green beans, mixed veggies, fried green tomatoes (out of my garden) and a fresh peach. So no more pasta, bread, potatoes, desserts or whatever tastes great. Kek! And to think I made a giant banana pudding Saturday I think it was, and shared it with my grandkids. I gave them the rest yesterday as it was still good. I cheated and licked the spoon. Kek. Also will be put through the wringer this Friday. I'm really looking forward to that one.
