Thanks. I don't know about the goose berries, but I do eat a lot of carrots, spinach and celery. Just not in juice form.

No, it doesn't hurt to try. Last night I made a meatloaf with no gravy or mashed potatoes. George was disappointed but "Oh Well." I did however make 3 ears of boiled corn on the cob (carbs) but I only ate one small one. George loves his corn on the cob. I believe he could make a meal off of a large pot of them. LOL. And then I made a HUGE salad with iceberg lettuce, carrots, radishes, onion, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and a few square cubes of sharp cheddar. My cucumbers haven't came in yet or I would have had some of that in there too. I tried to go light on the Ranch Dressing so hopefully it will be okay.
