You just gave me an idea for a meme.

Cartoon frame 1: Dalek with an injection needle instead of a sink plunger saying 'vaccinate'.

frame2: second dalek says to dalek 1- 'It's exterminate'

frame 3:first dalek says 'that's what I said, 'vaccinate'

frame 4: both daleks with needles now, both saying vaccinate.
