No thanks needed. Happy to see the people free themselves from these evil people.
Thank you for the link. My 4th Generation Great Uncle was informed about this Ghost dance from riders who went to hear Wovokas message. They held council. My Great Uncle mentioned what was right about the Ghost Dance and what was wrong about it. Since it was not completely rigth he did not participate in uit as many of my family followed his advice. Important to follow the sacred ways and keep them clean. If it is not right then do not perform this. But some chose to do so. He ended up being killed because of this Dance and later I would lose another 4th Generation Uncle at Wounded Knee on Dec 29 1890, Both of these uncles were my 4th Generation Great Grandmothers Brothers.
When the Christians learned about Wounded Knee they raised their voices in our behalf and we give thanks. Today I give thanks that I can return this kindness by standing with all our Christian Brother and Sisters . A act of kindness is never forgotten. And I thank them for raising their voices in our behalf.
Wasi'chu is a hijacked word from the Lakota language and Wikipedia claims derogatory towards white people. And many accepted this and have used despite this not being the true meaning of the word. It has nothing to do with color. Roughly translated it is they always take the best. our word for greed and it only applies to those who are committing this act of taking away the best.
I went to a Pow Wow in Germany and the German people were great. They wore the clothing and beaded shirts and feathers. And we sat down and played the medicine Drums and sang our songs and they joined in and learned and many danced. I was thankoful the german Government allowed the Eagle staff to lead and the American and german Flags were following the Eagle Staff. The Eagle Staff represents God and all nations should follow god and they respected this. Otherwise i would not have joined the march iur id respect for God.
There is a german who made a song using our ways and some modern instruments and he gets its. I would glady join him playing the flute to his song. he goes by Weisserlakota. Translates to White Lakota. It really is relaxing and brings forth good energies. It starts if slow but really is wonderful whyen the flute joins in. I am sending you the link, We have a word it is Mitakuye Oyasin meaning we are all related. Here is the link and again thank you for sharing this with me. Weisser Lakota is impressive with this music he created.
Glad you enjoyed it. Nothing like surrounding ourselves with good energy that promotes healing. There is a beautiful world still out there and we can make it that way together with Gods help.
