I was wondering the same thing, sounds like he doesn't understand how businesses work along with the lefties. I own an auto repair shop, I get this sort of BS all the time. Don't like the prices? Do it yourself, no skin off my back. I don't do customer supplied parts either, there's nothing that says I have to.
