Usually they use light diffusers so you don't see a shadow like that. You know what I mean? On a grey day the light seems to be everywhere with no shadows. The clouds diffuse the light. This time there was no diffusion on the set so there is a high contrast shadow that gives everything below "the mask" that brown skin look you are seeing.
