Over 16 yrs ago I interviewed someone in a confidential setting and that person shared the degree of secrecy involved in a militia. One person recruited one person and so on. You had two contacts ...the one that recruited you and your recruit. No one knew who else was involved and never would unless called into action.
I was told these are everyday people and they are ready.
