It was dismissed at the Federal level and knocked down to State Courts. It gets them past the immediate shutdown attempts and gives them some breathing room. More importantly, it kicks out the people the Federal Court assigned to manage Infowars on the Government's behalf. They were trying to fire Alex from his own show, despite the fact the Judge said they didn't have the power to do it. This is FAR from over. But they are not dead yet.
