He can start with emptying the ragheads out of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Then, shift direction to the southern border, and enpty out TX, NM, AZ, and CA.

By the time he's done with that, if there's any left in the other states, they'll be in hiding, instead of their weekly visit to the welfare office to commit more fraud ...
